The package is taken in charge by Chronopost and the Client has to sign for delivery at the delivery address specified by the Client. The products are packaged so as to comply with the standards of transportation in force, and to ensure optimal protection of products during their delivery. If within seven days and not due to force majeure, the package is not found, the Client may request the return of the same product at PB SA’s expenses or refund of the paid amount.
